Delete account.

You can delete your lowflow account at any time. It is quickest in the app, but it also works without it.

In the app

  1. Open lowflow and tap your profile at the top right.
  2. Tap Your account.
  3. At the very bottom, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password or sign in again with Apple or Google.

Without the app

Write to us from the email address you signed in with, to support@atemflow.de, subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within 24 hours and write to you when it is done.

What happens

  • Your sign-in is deleted: email address, user ID and sign-in method. Backup copies expire after 30 days at the latest.
  • If you backed up data in your account, we delete the backup and its key at the same time.
  • Your measurements on the device remain until you delete the app.

One account works for lowflow and AtemFlow Studio. Afterwards you can no longer use it to sign in to AtemFlow Studio either. lowflow does not delete your data in AtemFlow Studio. If you want to delete everything there, please do so in AtemFlow Studio under Profile, or write to us.

This does not end your subscription. Please cancel it yourself: on iPhone in Settings under your name, Subscriptions. On Android in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
